the big game in two weeks

He had never seen one of those supposedly premed girls walking around here in the center of campus between his lab and philosophy classes. He was looking for them. But Jack coming along and sitting down with him was good too.

Jack was a funny guy. He had always thought Jack was an unlonely child but actually he had a twin who went to school one hour away at a comparable university; most would say that the other university was better than this one. Both were good schools though.

When he first found out that Jack had a twin that went to school an hour away he had said "don't you think it's funny?" Jack had given his stone cold gaze. "No. These are both good schools. Why would that be funny?"

That was all they had talked about that. It wasn't awkward to get such a stare from Jack. He used that face a lot in a comical way. So when he used it in response to his joke he wasn't taken that aback.

He had yet to meet Jack's twin. But he would be coming in for the weekend in two weeks though. There was a big football game. Rivalry game. The two schools took turns hosting it. This season it was this university's turn. Jack didn't seem that interested in the meeting of his worlds. The only way he would talk about it was when he forced Jack to talk about it by asking questions like "are you excited about your brother coming?"
