He liked the times alone in the house. He had these speakers that he fixed.
His dad had gotten them for him, and there was, or this was a time when everyone loved bass. These speakers themselves had a sub woofer and everything.
Almost though, after a year or so, just enough for a warranty to expire they blew. Well or they thought, Jack just wanted to dump them, but his dad insisted. So he took em apart, and sure enough in the back a capacitor or something was burnt up and black. Replacing it took nothing more than a YouTube video it was back again.
He loved that speaker, when his housemate was gone he'd put it in the front room. Not many people noticed it, but when they did they liked it, liked the sound quality and all that.
Some people though thought it was stupid, a boombox why not just have a bluetooth speaker, and sure that has its moments, but this was heavy.
It even had a port for batteries if you wanted. It was like 8 d's or something. It almost would cost you 12$ just to play it on those. He thought that was silly. Just plug it into the wall.
