Yesterday I wrote about communication. The ability to communicate clearly without ambiguity. 

Another attribute that helps alongside communication skills is a right attitude. This proves vital if you’re working in a startup. Attitude as a word, in this context is same as energy. 

Startups want folks who exude proper energy, people who just want to do things right and add value to the going concern they are part of. 

It’s funny how some shy away from this. Some think because an information is obvious I don’t need to relay it to the proper quarters. Please do, obvious plus your touch is magic.

This is gold. It’s the first step to learning how to take ownership. Whether the entity is yours or not, either you’re a janitor or the CEO, the fellow who takes ownership leads. That’s the leader.
