3 Questions

A friend asked me these questions, so I thought I'd answer them here

1 Which area(s) of software development or product making do you enjoy the most?

I'd say Product Management. But I've not had any experience of the role. I do not have a full picture of what it entails. However, I know for certain, software development (coding) is not something I'd want to do professionally for a long time in my career. But I love the process of making products (digital), so I'd guess it has to be product management.

2 Would you like to specialize in those areas while building your products?

Yeah sure. I'd really love to specialize in product management. Product ideation and development have always been something of interest to me since university.

3 What aspect of product making would you readily outsource? Why?

Coding.
Coding is hard. Yeah, I know everything is hard. But I don't want to spend too much of my working years with that kind of hard. I believe I'd move at a much optimal pace in a different field than coding.
With Bobbin how much time do you spend on the product vs the coding? It's funny because I don't spend much time on product but that's what I keep telling myself that's what I want to do.

But day to day I've been liking just coding for the sake of coding. I think in the future I can see myself aligning with you and not wanting to do it so much.
