Hello friends.

I hope it's not awkward to show up around here so sparsely with my updates; if anyone reads, it's just a way to give an update now and then. Right now, I am in Grece, on an island called Kriti, in a little town called Rethymno on the northern side. I arrived here on the 7'th and will stay until the 4th of December. My yoga teacher is teaching a month-long workshop on pranayama and ashtanga yoga. I wanted to work more closely with her and, meanwhile, to clarify some things in my mind. Things are going well, yea actually, I've been having quite a rough time from day 1. I resolved that it's part of the process somehow. It's been quite rough last week, with markets collapsing, etc. How do you keep calm in all that shitstorm? What SBF did was a rug pull. I'm sorry for the guy. It must feel horrible to get all that hate now.

I practice yoga every day here; the pranayama class starts at 7 AM and lasts 50 min. After that, two hours of Mysore practice. My body responds sometimes feels stiff, other times is in pain, and other times, I'm on a flow, and everything goes super smooth. The sense of progression comes mainly from observing all these reactions.

Last Saturday, we went on a road trip to the south of the island. I got to know my teacher. We have similar views on psychedelics. She's 20 years older than me and she's super cool, sharp, fun, and good at teaching yoga. She inspires me.
