Just finished watching a movie called 'Fault'. It had my attention the whole time. I kept guessing how the movie would proceed but just like Game of Thrones, I was completely off.
The movie is based on cults in the 70s. The whole time, I was thinking that it was a typical movie that will show us about cult culture and what to do to break free. The acting was spot on and believable. A part of me also started to get scared because there was a thriller element to the movie.
But when it ended, I needed to read online to really understand what happened. It is a very well done movie with a lot of insight. I find myself recommending it to my friends already.
I feel that it takes a lot of work and deliberate effort to make something original and unpredictable. There are too many formulae based stories out there that make finding movies like 'Fault' a treat.
