Almost missed my streak...
I was deep in the flow. Today I was working on my passive income idea.
It has components of design in it and I lose track of time when I am playing around in Canva.
A few days ago, Jason told me about a no-code option to create an app. I was shocked to see that option available cause I had been thinking about the idea for over 6 months. I was considering outsourcing the work. I had always assumed that creating an app was a sophisticated job for an experienced programmer.
After looking at the site Jason recommended(Glidesapp), I stared at the templates for hours. Everything looked so legit and sophisticated. I could create my app in a day.
Then I did some searching and found that there were many options offering similar services. I even ended up in a Quora tread discussing what to look for when selecting a service like this. I thought to myself, everything is already out there.
So now that the tech portion is going to be a breeze, I started to look into UI. I had already decided to learn about UI after accidently landing on a blinkist book. The author argues that a lot of business are going to have to focus on the user experience and design aspect to compete in the marketplace. Apple started a trend that is now a default.
So yesterday, I surfed the internet and selected the designs I wanted to adapt. Next step is putting it all together.
