Changes

Yesterday I was out of it. No energy whatsoever for anything. 

This morning I woke up and felt much better. My mind had been occupied with thoughts and decisions I need to make soon. It is a big one though I was already leaning towards one direction. 

Things that happened between yesterday and today have made me realize that my direction was the right one. 

And that made me realize that one of the things that affects my energy dramatically in a negative way is indecision. The time of analysis and the fear of what if - is the worst thing for energy. Even if I was making a mistake, the feeling that I have made a decision and can move on to live - is great for me. 

So today, I will sleep for 8+ hours and relax. I will wake up tomorrow and write the second draft of my piece. I have 7 days till the deadline.  
This is a great observation. It may look tiny, but the lessons from it would bring such a boost to your decision making process and energy management.

I love tiny hacks that deliver big results, so this really fascinated me.
