In your face.

After a ridiculous day yesterday, I spent time listening to music. That is the one thing that consistently improves my mood. 

One music video led to another. And another. 
Soon it was hours later and I was bopping like it was New Year's eve. 

Then I remembered. 

I once had a dream of using dancing and music to consistently work out and get cardio into my life. When I used to go spinning (stationary bike group classes) for 3 days a week, I got the type of music and workout routine that I was happy to maintain. 

So from a bad mood, I went into remembering the goals I had with music and cardio. 

The power of music. 
It is ...It is. I call it the best drug there is.
