I have completely recovered from my COVID vaccine shot.
It took a total of 4 full days to get back to normal.
My Oura ring has confirmed that I have recovered. I got a sleep score of 77. More importantly - I have come back to my usual heart rate. My fever is completely gone as well.
My energy is definitively high. I was able to get a lot of chores out of the way. In addition to relaxing and having a good time with family and friends.
The injection site on my arm still looks bruised and my shoulders are still a bit sore but everything else is back.
I didn't expect to get this affected but I am happy that I am back and didn't miss my streak.
Getting back to the groove of things feels great.
