Breath

Most people are unaware of how the state of their minds determines their health. There are psycho-somatic pathologies that can put one's life in danger. Breathing, for example, is something we do involuntary many times a day. The state of mind, aka predominant emotional state, has an immediate effect on the breathing pattern. When angry, breathing is faster; you may even forget to breathe when you are scared and worried. When stressed, the breathing is incomplete. When content breathing is natural and ample, these breathing patterns will have immediate physiological effects mainly due to the oxygen intake. Low oxygen levels will create impaired brain function, affecting other organs and, consequently, the emotional state that will again affect breathing. So, the solution to get out of trouble? Breathe. Just breathe your problems out. Breath consciously, long deep breaths with entire focus. That is all.
