Sleep

My sleep was off yesterday.... actually the last few days. 
For some reason, I feel very tired when I go to bed. I fall asleep pretty quickly but it is not a restful sleep. In the morning, even after over 7-8+ hours, I wake up feeling like I could use another hour or two more. 

The most bizarre part for me lately is the volume and details of the dreams I have. I remember most of it when I wake up because it was very realistic and based on things I was thinking about. The OURA ring doesn't show that my REM sleep has changed. I was expecting to have passed the deep sleep volume but the graphs don't show it. 

I had started taking some supplements that I read about recently. But I am taking very low doses. For the next few days, I intend to reduce as many variables as possible to see if I can revert back these changes.
