I made some home made pizza today. 
I was going to use a frozen base and add some fresh vegetables for dinner today. I do my best to use gluten free base but they aren't always available. And they are not thin crust like I would want. 

So at 530pm, I decided to try and make my own home made gluten free pizza from scratch. 

I used Teff (gluten free) flour along with flax seed powder to make the base. To add some structure, I added eggs, baking soda, cheese and oil before mixing them well. Then I added warm water until I got the consistency I wanted. 

I then added a bunch of spices to make it just the way I like it. I spread it on a flat oven board and baked it at 300 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Once the base was good to the touch, I took it out and added freshly steamed vegetables along with some more cheese. 

End result was nothing like a delivered pizza but I was very content with it.
