I am watching the documentary about Kanye West on Netflix. I wouldn't have bothered to watch on an ordinary day cause I don't care enough about some of the things I hear about him.
But a few weeks ago, I took a class with the CMO - Chief Marketing Officer of Netflix. She posted something intriguing about the series on social media and got me interested.
As I was scrolling past the shows on Neftlix, I took a chance and started to watch about Kanye. I can say that I have a new found respect for the hustle in the man. I understand that I only heard a few snippets that make it to the news but there is so much more about Kanye. One of his friends was smart enough to start recording Kanye way before he became famous. Those snippets of video show a raw and hard working man who more often than usual - gets underestimated.
It was a great decision for me to watch the series as I had a really bad day. It reminded me to keep my head up.
