There were things that I saw that were different but then the same. I have the sneaking suspicion the trees are shorter. And I know for certain there are many with lemons and oranges some olive trees too. I wonder were they always here, and people just tamed them put them into rows and worked them.
Or were they brought in by people who just couldn’t live without these citrus fruits I need them around to make liquors out of them and juices and desserts. I don’t know I guess people make the environment and the environment makes people. That’s why it’s hard to change.
Another thing I noticed and I think you would like, and I need to get a picture is having a coffee at the coffee bar. It’s a bit like a beer bar at home but very quickly you just order a coffee maybe say hi to some people then you drink the small espresso and leave. I like that the caffeine hits you when you are going to your next thing. It’s nice and I could see you doing before you walked the dog. Or before golf.
