Energy

Feeling strong lately. 

I am not certain if it is due to one or many factors but I feel strong. Not physically strong but just have more energy. I am getting things done from my to do list more consistently than I did the last few month. 

I didn't think much of it until my family and friends pointed it out. 
I seem to have more pep in my step. I am doing more physically and mentally difficult things without seeming like I am exhausted all the time. 

I always want to analyze when this happens cause I don't want it to be a matter of chance. I would like to be able to control and repeat the variable that caused this to happen. 

The main change i made over the last few weeks is my diet. It is a low protein diet - vegetarian to be precise. If it wasn't for the little milk I add to my tea and clarified butter I used in my meals, I would be 100% vegan. 

A part of me believes that it is working for my body. And that may be the reason for the surge in energy. 
I am still about 9 weeks from my next blood work so I hope to keep this momentum and get confirmation that I am on the right track.
