May

Well, it's here. 
The 5th month of the year. 

This year is both fast and exciting. So many things are happening and I can't complain about where I am. 

I still have things I plan to do this year but my main focus right now is my health. So far, things are looking good. I make sure to get at least 8 hours of sleep. I eat very cautiously and I don't feel too restricted. I make time to read, write and work out. 

I intend to increase how much I work out in May. I may do more when it comes to writing as well. And I will be going to the beach in mid May so I think writing at the beach may be a fun thing to do. 

I don't expect much changes in May but it is going to be important for me to keep my eye on the #1 thing - my health.
