Finally. The weather is behaving. It has been unusually cold for so many months. Today it was finally spring like weather.
I have been waiting to go on long walks but it was so cold outside. From all the forms of working out, I enjoy walking. With a book on audible, I could walk for hours.
My dad lost over 30kilos with just walking. And it is recommended to prevent injury and pressure on joints. Walking just 10K steps a day is sufficient to make an impact. To encourage myself to do this, I joined some fitbit competitions. I haven't been doing that well last few weeks. But now that the weather is better, I intend to get back to walking over 10K a day.
Lately, I have been considering going to the gym. I was always consistent when I was taking group classes. Spinning, stepping and dancing were my favorite classes. There is a gym that is $10 a month. I may give that a try.
