Over the last few weeks, I have experimented with a lot of different food and drinks. I have a limited list of ingredients that I am allowed to have in abundance so I tested a few recipes to find the ones that I enjoy.
One of those is the drink I make in the morning. I am a tea fanatic and I always need something hot in the morning. So this is what I make:
Half a tablespoon of raw cacao powder
Half a tablespoon of heavy cream
A cup of herbal tea... the herbs are cinnamon, cardamom and cloves. It smells and tastes delicious in addition to being health. Also - it is 100% caffeine free.
Then I use a blender to mix all the ingredients with some artificial sugar. I know I shouldn't be consuming artificial sugar but that is one exception I gave myself. I will enjoy my hot drinks with a sweet taste. I take probiotics for my gut bacteria so I am hoping that should suffice.
I drink this mixture about 3 times a day.
