Today, while I was running in the park, this random guy was running behind me, and I could hear his steps in the gravel, getting closer and closer while I kept a constant pace. So, I accelerated just a bit, enough to stay ahead, and surprise, he's accelerating too. I'm like, fine, let's go a little bit faster, and he keeps up and gets even closer to me... In my head, I'm like. OK, dude, how long can you keep it? And I'm just keeping this fast pace constant and waiting for him to get even closer. As soon as he got closer, I accelerated, and we kept it like this for 10 minutes. At some point, I stopped hearing his steps, and I continued with the same pace till I finished the lap.
So that was the fun part. After finishing the run; I stopped at the pull-up bars. I did 20 and 20 abs. It hurt a bit. We shall see tomorrow.
