Hello dear friends. Hope this day is going lovely for you all. I've just had lunch, with a nice carrot cake for dessert and an extraordinary coffee, a beautiful double espresso perfectly extracted. It's a sunny day today, but kinda cold actually. I'm still wearing my springtime jacket and it's second of June, damn... Berlin is cold. It'll be cold next month too, i know it. Anyway fine, that's a detail, and complaining about the weather is irrelevant anyway.
Today i woke up early and went to the shalla where o practiced first Ashtanga series, carefully, with my teacher, and than i went for a coffee where i had a brief chat with a friend. After that i went to work and now I'm done chilling and I'm returning to work.
