Notes of today I met a nice couple and had beers. There was a dog and a baby, and it was the bartenders. Who was very nice but didn’t actually remember me. But that’s fine. He was nice enough, and gave me beer and asked about what I was doing here. Meaning his bar but also more metaphorically. He is a serious guy, and quiet and before we went to an art show together before he had this bar.
The other couple was nice, and told us they were trying to make friends. I don’t know if we made the cut. They also left early. Two beers, had to wake up early so couldn’t drink that much I think 9. I don’t blame them they had Wimbledon the next day. Which is all involved relaxed but all day. I am home early today too. Just had a snickers ice cream. Maybe now a limoncello and watching a show with my partner. We cycled home in the rain, so now we are a little cold but we changed clothes and are under blankets. It’s weirdly cold here now. The rain and sun down dropped the temperature fast.
