Today I learned about Maggot Therapy.
It’s a kind of medicine disinfected maggots are released upon a part of the human body (usually wounded), so the maggots can feast on the dead tissues. The maggots also excrete on that same part of the of human body to aid against infections.
I was so fascinated I found myself watching several YouTube videos of Maggot Therapy on a Monday morning.
The most fascinating thing to me about this is that I never could have thought maggots have such a high value, life saving usefulness.
The philosophical implications seems rather interesting, It seems as though somehow, nature has everything it’s inhabitants need to survive in any situation.
