as reply to rogue mugs

The anxious one carved that hour out of his schedule for safe keeping. If he was honest with himself it had multiple reasons, it was a time to relax, it was time to destress, it was time to not think. It was designed, or at least at first thats what it was. An exercise given to him by his therapist. But now it became something totally different. Roger might be the only person he interacts with that doesn't care about what he's talking about, how much he makes, and what the outcome is going to be of the conversation. Like he does in that he is interested, but what he's talking about doesn't make Roger money. People are different when there is money involved, something their name can be on. Roger wasn't like that. You could tell him a business idea that would make millions Roger would just reply, shittt that sounds like a good idea to me, then sip his coffee and bob his head listening. The anxious one thought that that was why he keeps going. Just then his phoned beeped, and a link popped on the screen. He clicked it, and was jolted into a meeting. The quarter reports everyone was excited, but they were also wondering how they could derisk it. The anxious guy didn't know and in a lot of ways now wanted to respond like Roger, its no worries man. But instead he focused. We'll derisk at all levels, investors should have no worries. He never asked Roger about his work because he didn't want to talk about that. The meeting ended and he was in his office alone. People were gone mostly, at least the people with children. He looked out through the glass and saw faces lit up by blue screens. Like sunflowers in a field.
