It's okay to not be okay

It’s important to understand that we all have bad days and that it’s okay:

Sometimes your projects will get hit with major road blocks.

It’s okay.

Sometimes you will have frustrating encounters with a friend, colleague or customer.

It’s okay.

Sometimes you will feel completely overwhelmed.

It’s okay. Life happens.

It’s important that we normalize bad days — not because we particularly enjoy or desire them but because everyone has them from time to time. It’s part of being a human.

Whenever you’re not feeling okay: embrace it, be kind to yourself, forgive yourself, and give yourself time and space to heal and feel better.

We all need this sometimes.

It’s perfectly okay to not be okay.
