Safe

as reply to the sensation

He woke up and he wasn't sure if it was the early morning or the early night. His roommate wasn't home, or didn't wake him because he was still on the couch.

Oh in the summer he was gone anyway most of the time, helping at a summer camp. Teaching kids about art or something.

He checked his phone it was 11 pm. But he felt awake, and hot. He had forgotten to turn on the AC, and now it was building up.

He turned on the switch and a blast of cold air hit his face. He had missed calls from a few people.

He tried his brother first. Then checked his messages. None from Layla, but he assumed she was pissed. McKayla didn't have his number. She wasn't with anyone he knew anyway.

He checked through the different apps, and there was nothing not a follower request or anything.

He tried his brother again. Nothing. A text from his brothers housemate.

"Dude crazzyy last night. Doctor."

His brother had just sent him "Dude. Dude. Where are you? Where are you? Dude."

Then stopped at around 6pm.

He sighed, he liked in someways no one knew where he was. Well his brother had his location, but like all the people he met, couldn't find him right now. He felt safe.
