Up there he was just Pete. Sometimes Petey, sometimes cappuccino Pete. Although just to the barista. He was an older guy had left his job before working in

and just wanted to do something different. He was always friendly. Pete liked that, you didn't always get that. he'd just say "Peteeyyyy" or "There he is Ladies and Gentleman thats Cappuccino Pete.". It wasn't even because he had to, everyone got paid the same. There wasn't tips. It didn't make sense at first to Pete. Why would you do this.
Right now he missed something like that, some sort of interaction like that. He really missed that. It was refreshing. Although back then they'd laugh so hard about it.
