One thing

When you’re thinking about how to improve a certain aspect of your life — perhaps it’s a project you’re working on, a habit you’re trying to develop, or a relationship you’re wanting to grow — thinking about all the actions you can take can be overwhelming.

Instead, just ask yourself: “what’s one thing that I realistically can do to move forward?”

Go do that and then repeat the question.

When you segment your effort in terms of one specific action followed by another, you’re much more likely to maintain momentum and make progress in the longterm.
It's easy to think and imagine but in the end action is what puts things in motion.  thank you for writing this, it's useful to remember every once in a while that we must do things one by one.
