I am addicted to working out

In the morning I go for a half-hour run, not more. I keep it relatively easy @ 160-170 bpm. Once I'm done with that, I do a few pull-ups and abs (working my way up to 40 & 40) I do the abs head hanging down, legs hooked on the pull-up bar, and I pull myself up.
I alternate series of pull-ups with abs, 10 and 10, now I'm at 20 & 20. They're intense. So, I do this every day. I had a ten-day streak a week ago, took 2 days off, and started again, now I've done another 6 days and I'll take a break tomorrow. Monday I'm back at it.

Some people say it's not good to exercise every day because you waste your joints and ... and I don't remember what else. I don't agree. I think it's great to work out every day, here's the secret: Always do 50-60% of what you are capable of, if you're tired the day after then you did too much. And that's it, you'll find that your body gets in good shape and you'll want to rise the intensity, it's a gradual process.

I don't take supplements and I didn't change anything in my diet, but I'm going to. For the next ten days, I'll try the one meal a day thing and I'll reduce carbs. If I'm getting hungry I'll do 2 meals a day but still keep it low carb.

how do you work out?
What is your resting heart rate?

I am slowly getting myself addicted to exercise like you so that I can be more healthy and vivacious in my later years.

my resting heart-rate is normal, 60-70. I usually work out in the morning, like this I get it out of the way, and it boosts me for the rest of the day. I have a hard time doing anything thinking of my later years.. I live for now.
