Tallying

It has been a week since August started. I felt like doing a 1 week retro given that I have a lot of thing I want to get done by Oct 3rd of this year.

I am doing a daily check of 20 items that I want to do everyday. That habit has helped me iron out the things that matter to me and that I don't want to allow myself to forget. The tally and scoring also let me know if I am on average doing ok in most of the things I care about.

In looking at my grades, I have noticed a pattern. The thing that is the best is my health. Almost all things I am keeping an eye on health-wise is going very well. Sleep, walking, resting heart rate, sugars - all are on track.

The business and finance areas are still in the early stages. I don't think I am anywhere close to where I want to be. But I am pushing through. In terms of progress, it is good. But in terms of results, not yet.

Career and education - It is still at stage 0. I can't get myself to start the hard things. I know I have to and I will. I just can't get there yet. This is something I will try to focus on this coming week.

The area I am most proud of is relationship department. I have consistently kept an eye on how much time and energy I give to people that matter to me. I am happy with the consistency and results there.

My total score for the first week is an 80.71%. It is an improvement in many areas but definitely clear to me where I need to step things up.
On to week 2.
