Today is the 200th day of the year. No, I don't make a habit of tracking the days of the year, but today correspondences with my 200th consecutive day of writing on Adagia. Day one was New Years Day, and I have written every day since.
I have now reached 200 consecutive days of writing on Writestreak, Lifelog and Adagia. Add to this my previous 300 plus days on Writelier, and I am fast approaching 1000 posts for more than 500 consecutive days. My enthusiasm for my roadster, motorsport and Australian football have been the main themes of my writing. I guess this is because it interests me, and I feel comfortable writing about it.
As I have often said before, some of my writing is scribble because some days, when I write, it feels like I am just getting it down in a hurry to ensure I maintain my streak. On other days I write something meaningful that I reflect on as well written. I think my best offerings are when I write about the people or things that are closest to me. The rest might be considered filler.
