I am starting to like the idea of having a team rather than work on my own for my business ventures. It is not only exhausting and difficult to get things done, but I need diverse ideas. 

I just read a book summary on blinkist about the power of crowds. If the team of people have similar goals and work ethics, you definitely can get more from a crowd than a single person. In my past ventures, I worked a lot with family and with freelancers. Both were better than depending on myself, but I need to step it up a bit more this time. 

I especially am aware that marketing is my weak area. I have in the past given money I didn't have, to people that promised the moon. I have learnt that I can't outsource one of the most important areas to success anymore. It has to be a team member. 

I am still defining the skill sets I need in the team. I haven't determined the number of people or what budget I can afford just yet. I just know that to execute well, I need to accept that some things will need the level of expertise that I can't learn overnight.
