Class

I met Milo in a class I wasn't supposed to be in. I had scheduled it a few months before because my friend who was a freshmen wanted it really bad and it was a high demand class. At our university upperclassmen got to schedule their classes before the under. So there was no point in not securing that spot to help my friend out.

Only by the time it came their turn to sign up for classes the class they wanted was still available. So I ended up having reserved it for nothing. But the thing was I didn't remove the class from my schedule. Maybe it was because I was too lazy, or maybe I thought the class could be interesting. Whatever the reason i showed up to the first day of class and my friend looked at me with some disbelief.

By this time my friend was my ex-friend... or more accurately my ex girlfriend. So I guess I lied just now. I kept the class on my schedule because maybe the idea of being in a class with my ex attracted me. I can't say that I liked the idea, but i was allured by it.

"You're really going to take this class?"

"Maybe. I still have two weeks to switch out. It sounds interesting so why not check it out?"

She made a face of disgust.
