I have been thinking about getting the booster shot for COVID for a few days.
I saw a long line at the local pharmacy the other day. When I asked what was going on, I was told that the booster shots were now available. Since I had stopped listening to the news, I didn't even know that we needed to get the booster.
After doing some research, I learnt that this could be an every 6 month type of thing.
I am NOT comfortable with that arrangement.
WHY? Why has this become a 6 month subscription model?
Given how much of a high risk I am, I know that I will have to take it but I am really not interested in doing this forever. I don't trust what I am told. Regardless of who is telling me. And it is hard to believe that this is purely for my benefit and not the pharmaceutical industry.
I am going to do more research and see what my options are.
