leaping

You leap when you don’t feel 100% ready, but decide to take on a new project or job anyways.

You leap when you’re afraid that your question will sound stupid, but ask it anyways.

You leap when you are anxious about how others will judge you, but voice your opinion anyways.

The decision to leap is not made in spite of uncertainty or discomfort, but precisely because of what they make possible: the chance to learn, grow, and become a better version of yourself.

One of my older brothers is fond of saying, "Well if you feel froggy, leap." He was usually directing it at another brother as an incitement to some sort of fight.

I think they are both evenly matched about 50/50.
