I am attending a 3 day conference this weekend.
It was something I had purchased in 2020 that was going to be held in Florida in late Feb. And a few weeks before that event, COVID happened in the US. So the event got pushed year after year. And this year, it was going to be the first live event when the new variant happened. So it became virtual event.
I didn't expect much for some reason but I was pleasantly surprised. There are some details that I have gotten in the conference that I find valuable. Identifying my top 3 goals from yesterday was one of the results of a conversation I had.
The only part that I don't enjoy is the push for an up sale. There is another program at 100 times the price of the conference. And a very push sale process. Thanks to my current state of employment, saying no wasn't hard.
The best part of such events are the other attendants. Hearing others who are on a similar journey describing what they are going through is interesting. Two people got a live coaching event and what they shared was fascinating. It amazes me the range of people that were there sharing what their goals are.
I am hoping for a similar event in Dubai.
