I was puzzled when I looked at my statistics for Wordle today.
Played - 48
Win % - 100
Current Streak - 2
Max Streak - 46
How does this make sense? I've played every day since I started, for a total of 48 days. How can I have a max streak of 46 and a current streak of 2? Where was the break? The answer is that there wasn't a break. Thanks NYT!
Ever since the NYT purchased Wordle, many players including myself have said it has gone downhill. Even though the functionality has remained the same, the words have been rather oddball. And now this glitch with my streak is too much to handle. You can mess with a lot of things, but you don't mess with my streak.
So I may continue playing or maybe not. The bloom is off the rose as they say.

At what time of day do you usually play? If it's close to midnight maybe it's something to do with
Also, I checked the code again, the possible winning words list now has 2309 words in it, if I remember correctly that is a few hundred more than the original one had.
