Today is going good, and it marks an important time for me.
I have started in earnest writing my thesis.
And I figured out how many words I have to write in a work day to finish by June.
Its about 500, 500/day 5 days a week.
Which is doable,I hope, with focus and not so many distractions, but there is a lot of time I will have to other things.
Today I did do 500 words, and to be honest maybe more. We will see though if this amount sustains.
It sounds a bit strange, but just focusing on 500 words a day is actually quite freeing, and its nice that it is actually do able. I am planning on just coming in in the morning before anyone arrives and knocking it out.
But we will see.
I am also very excited that with the writing on here, and the thesis, I will ideally be doing a lot of words in a day!
Many friends talk about how sharp their writing is after the thesis so I am looking forward to that.
I think though with a routine 500 words is manageable.
