I slept for 9.6 hours yesterday.
I wasn't doing well with sleep due to the time change and jet lag. I promised myself to improve on that. So I slept early and work up late to make sure my body recovered.
Oura gave me great scores and said I was ready to succeed based on my sleep.
But I didn't feel rested. I felt like I wasn't focused enough. I found myself day dreaming and looking for ways to avoid doing the important things I need to get done.
My diet and health is good overall but my energy isn't there. I had my vitamin D checked recently - it was 57 so it is something else. Maybe I just miss Dubai too much.
I will sleep for 8+ hours all of this week and see if my energy changes.
