Moderation

Not feeling too great today.

I started a new diet - well not totally new... something different. 
I got a 100 page recommendation of diet, supplements and things to avoid.

I usually do things gradually but my over excited self did too much all at once. The problem with introducing so many variables at one time, is that you can't even tell if there is  positive impact. It is all too much too soon. Though I feel lethargic and weak, it could be that my body is expunging toxins. I can't be certain. 

I hate it when people say everything in moderation, but lately, I am being reminded that it is the only way to do things when it comes to my health. It is very sophisticated and despite the amount of data I gather via the dexcome, fitbit, Oura ring and other devices, I need to just reduce the number of variables and do things in moderation to have better control.
