Running

Runners high. Although lately I mix in some walks here and there. Maybe when I was younger I would just run, I also could just run now, but I enjoy the walking part of the run. I feel like it allows me to stop and look at my thoughts that were just jumping around in my head. I also tell myself it’s some kind of interval training and that’s good right. 

Lately too been getting back into listening to music while running. Didn’t do that for awhile I think I thought of myself as a purist, but now damn so good. Anything up tempo but also really anything. If anyones got some recs. 

Running I think in a way is similar to writing. You don’t need that much, and when you do it everyday it’s something very nice. Also don’t need fancy equipment really to do it. I am currently writing on a phone, which is very fancy in comparison to a pen. But I’ve seen where people write on portopotties, walls, I even had one manager at McDonalds who would always write on the back of receipts with his nails. 

He wasn’t writing 200 words but I am just saying you can make do with what you have.
