Today at my retreat with the girls, someone asked a very interesting question.|
If you could have a do-over, what would you do for a career?
One by one, we went around the table and tried to answer the question. It is not an easy question to answer. Especially since the second part of the question is, why didn't you pursue it? And the third part is, what can you do about doing it at this point in your life?
Everyone had interesting responses. There were a few that didn't have anything to select. I thought about it for a little bit and I too struggled with the answer.
In the end, I felt like I would have loved to learn to write at a younger age. I don't know if I want it to be a career but I want it to be a skill I had and worked on early on in my life. Because it has a big impact on so many other areas of my life. But I feel like I want to think about this some more. Especially the second and third part of the question.
