Although knowledge is heralded as

power

,

one can see from the world that knowing what is good or right

does not lead to living of what is good or right.


What one does is

practice

.

What one does and reflects upon is

praxis

.


Preaching can help no one.

But it calls its

siren

to us all.


We do not always hear it.

Only when we are insincere can we.

Then the pull becomes inescapable.


The world is filled with preachers.

Because we are not willing to absolve

the other for preaching.


Most importantly though,

ourselves.
