I just ordered an Uber

It’s hot out. There’s some sun shining through and to be honest, the door was swung open welcoming the heat and sun with it.

I was waiting for you. Getting ready in the other room. There’s sound of a hairdryer. And when it stops you singing whatever song you heard on the way home comes through.

Similar to those rays of sun that make that one plant open every morning. Good morning.

I think we were exactly 5 min late at this point. But looking closer to 10 by the end of it. I wasn’t doing anything to speed the process a long. Looking at my phone like usual. Maybe playing chess online like usual.

I just showered but already the water was being replaced with sweat. And I wondered why I was wearing jeans. Aside from the fact I always wear jeans.

You yelled from the other room if I could call the cab, and something I was thinking about disappeared. I said alright.

The thought of talking to someone one else seemed daunting, and besides we didn’t get good service in the room. So I just ordered an Uber.
