- It could take a bit of time for you to get into flow state. Waking up and having your bathe sometimes fixes this. But let's be honest, how many people who work from home shower in the morning.
- When you finally hit flow state. It's hard to stop. it's hard to even take a break. The brain just doesn't want to stop.
- Except you're great with discipline or you have good systems around you, working from home is the perfect environment to develop all manner of bad habits. From horrible eating habits etc.
