One of the most underrated skills a person can have is a willingness to leave some things on the table, to leave some problems unsolved, to leave some to-dos unchecked — to be able to say at some point during the day: “enough.”
When you declare enough, you give yourself permission to fully throw yourself into something else that you value — your hobbies, your connections with others.
