I used to think that writing vulnerably was what led to good writing inherently... which I still find true.... but now I've honed more in on why being vulnerable is so useful to not just writing but life.

allows us to explore and develop ourselves. I think that it's when we are open to our vulnerability that we grow.

There's nothing wrong about sharing good things and celebrating wins... but I don't think that is what progresses us. It's something to enjoy for sure but it's not what takes us to the next step.
