It is getting increasingly harder to wake up early in the morning. Even harder to fall asleep on time. Without having something like a job or a daily routine, it is hard not to go right back to sleep. The sleep in the morning is extra nice and I hate having to wake up.
This coming 7 days, I have to wake up at 6am in order to drive to the horrendous traffic of DC. I am driving my dad to and from a 7 day meeting. A part of me got very excited at the idea that 7 days is enough time to fix my sleep. It will be very hard the next 2-3 days but this is an opportunity to work on my sleep. Sleep is a high priority for the month of October so I am excited.
I plan to be in bed around 8pm since I am really a night owl. All my creativity and problem solving is sharp after midnight. So I am eager to see if I will be a zombie all day or realize that I am more creative in the early hours.
I may have to make a stop by a starbucks but I will wake up at 6am.
