On the Road driving moon

as reply to a lecture

Blue and Denver kept driving and driving. Just south and then west. Blue wanted to see the grand canyon. For some reason these words came to his mind somewhere in Kansas, and he remembered a lunch box or something when he was a kid. He thought there he could find some peace. Denver was sleeping now, he had been sleeping a lot, more and more Blue thought.

Blue was trying to remember he thinks at least right now he used to have kids. Driving seemed so normal to him, so he remembers doing it a lot. He remembers going to places with a purpose and driving for a long time but being happy about it. This car was too small he remembered a van, or something with a bit of weight to it. Like when he thinks about parking he remembers being a bit worried. He remembers being so happy while driving home that there had to be something waiting there for him. He shrugged and looked forward and chewed on his cheek. The white lines passed at intervals and he nodded his head with them. Yeah I think I had two kids, and a wife, but where are they now?

Where are we now? Denver blurted awake for just a few seconds. Blue didn't know, but he remembers the road, we are close he said. Denver fell back asleep. Blue kept

past trucks that lumbered through the night, and a motorcycle zipped by. Blue sighed. It was just him and the
moon
