Sales Experiment

The last couple of days, I assigned myself to finding a product to sell. Since I now have a better idea of how to make a good offer, I am eager to go to that phase of the business.

I have had some experience in selling things in the past. I can't decide if I want to try to sell the same things again or to completely pivot and try something new. My one criteria is that I do not want to waste time in the product making phase. I want to get a product ready to sell for this holiday season so I am hoping to wrap the product phase in early November.

The idea of digital products is very attractive. But the problem is that there is excessive supply. According to Alex Hormozi, there needs to be a balance of the supply and demand otherwise it will make the sales process a race to the bottom. I have an excel sheet with my expertise, interests and ideas. I am rating them with certain matrices to identify what to select. I hope to make a decision based on logic than passion. Time and money will let me know if I am on the right track.
I second Abe's suggestion.
I'm audiobooking Predictably Irrational right now and you might be interested if you haven't got to it yet...logic vs passion and so on..

Sir Abe - I considered NFTs some time back but it seemed like a lot of work.

I haven't read predictably irrational but I have seen a couple of TED talks by the author. He covers interesting topics.
